November arrives, and suddenly your bed looks like it could use another blanket. Perhaps two. Possibly a small quilt collection.
It’s lovely when you first climb in. By 2 a.m., though, one foot has escaped, the duvet is on the floor, and you’re negotiating with your pyjamas.
A little layering can help you find your cozy spot without turning bedtime into a blanket wrestling match.
Start with the soft stuff
Reach for the sleepwear you’re secretly pleased to find clean. The soft shirt. The easy waistband. The sleeves that stay where you put them.
Breathable fabrics and room to move make settling in more comfortable. If something pinches, twists, or bunches, let it sit this night out.
Your bedtime wardrobe has one job: be a pleasure to wear.
Leave yourself some wiggle room
Keep an extra blanket at the foot of the bed, ready for chilly toes or a few more chapters. You can pull it up or fold it back as the evening goes along.
And if your bedmate sleeps like a furnace while you’re considering woolly socks, separate top blankets may be a small domestic triumph.
Notice what you tend to do once you’re tucked in. That foot poking out from under the covers might be onto something.
Add a little Nite Hood comfort
There’s something lovely about feeling gently tucked away from the day.
Nite Hood’s soft, stretchy bamboo fabric wraps your head, eyes, and ears in a snug, swaddled feeling. It creates your own little pocket of darkness without adding a thick, bulky layer.
Keep it beside your book. When you’ve read the same sentence three times, pull it on and call that a bookmark.

Settle in, November-style
Soft sheets. Comfortable sleepwear. A blanket within reach. Your Nite Hood waiting nearby.
Make a few small adjustments, find your favourite position, and enjoy being exactly where you are.
Tomorrow’s to-do list can wait. It doesn’t need a pillow.
